The Work

Prevention through identity. We get there first.

The Young Heroes Playbook. Coach certification. The W.A.R.R.I.O.R.S. Compass. Built from survival — not theory.

Jason Hill, Güerote, with a group of men he has trained and mentored

This Isn't a Workbook. It's a Superhero Discovery.

For students — becoming a Young Warrior. “They didn't need fixing. They needed a compass.” When a child goes through the Young Heroes Playbook, they don't talk about their trauma. They create their own hero name, claim their powers, and build their origin story. In doing that — they're choosing their identity for the first time in their life. Not the one the wound gave them. The one they consciously choose.

The child doesn't become a warrior. The child discovers they always were one.

This Is Not a Retail Product

The Young Heroes Playbook cannot be purchased by a parent, a child, or a school without a certified facilitator. A child or parent cannot walk into a store — or online — and buy this. It is a facilitated curriculum, and it requires a trained adult to deliver it with integrity.

Designed for ages 8–17. Schools, orphanages, youth programs, homes. English & Spanish.

  • Discover the warrior they already are
  • Build their superhero self — name, powers, origin story
  • Use the W.A.R.R.I.O.R.S. Compass as a life framework
  • Turn struggles into strength and scars into superpowers

Implementation Editions

The Playbook is the weapon. The Coach is the warrior. We don't ship books — we train leaders to facilitate transformation.

For the Playbook to enter a school, a church, a foster home, or a community program — an adult must first complete the Warrior's Compass Certification. Teacher Edition. Foster/Orphanage Director Edition. Community Leader Edition. Each one trained, certified, and accountable to the mission.

  • Teacher Edition — classroom implementation with full session guides
  • Foster/Orphanage Director Edition — residential care facilitation
  • Community Leader Edition — bringing the compass into neighborhoods and programs
  • Every edition requires Warrior's Compass Certification first. No exceptions.
  • The adult does their own compass work before they lead anyone else through it

153 Million Kids. One Compass. One Mission.

153 million orphaned and abandoned children are alive right now — waiting. Not for a charity. Not for a visit. For someone to show up and stay long enough to hand them a compass.

This is where the work gets personal — and global. Jason is embedded in Jalisco, Mexico right now, living inside the homes, doing the daily work. But Mexico is the launch point, not the finish line. We go where we're wanted — a full installation of the Warrior's Compass, one orphanage at a time, across the world.

How a Mission Works

  • Two weeks. One orphanage. Every single day, inside the home.
  • A full installation of the Warrior's Compass using the Young Heroes Playbook — in Spanish, and the local language as we expand.
  • Daily identity sessions, culture days, field trips, and a graduation ceremony.
  • We don't just visit. We occupy. Identity-first intervention — a beginning, a middle, and an end.
  • Every child finishes with their own copy of the Playbook — and an identity they chose for themselves.
